- INCLUDED IN ALL WEDDING PACKAGES    - Final meeting with couple to go through “Photos not to be missed” list and final overview of details.  This usually takes place one month prior to the date of the wedding; most details are usually finalized by then.   - All edited proofs will receive our complimentary on-line download service and will be available for viewing approximately four (4) weeks from the date of the wedding.  On-line photo availability information cards will also be provided for your guests at the reception.  This allows your entire family to view, order and ship photos themselves without putting added pressure on the bride and groom to handle everyone’s orders.   - All proofs will receive basic retouching in order to bring out everyone’s best picture possible.  More extensive re-touching is also available but will require an additional charge due to the considerable amount of time necessary for major enhancements.  Please contact us for enhancement requests and pricing.    - All photographs are in digital format, but all of the proofs and additional photo orders will be printed by a professional photo lab on archival quality paper just as you would print a photo from a film negative.       - Travel up to 90 miles is included.  An additional charge of 35 cents per mile may apply for out of town weddings along with any actual lodging costs if an overnight stay is required.  You will be made aware of these costs before you are charged anything.  All costs will be pre-approved by the client ahead of time.
